OVERVIEW
We welcomed a bright and energetic aspiring entrepreneur into our Managed SME program. Our mission was straightforward yet not so simple. We were to help this entrepreneur get their idea of creating a platform that demystifies wellness and its related stereotypes to market. The goal was to help move the business from its ideation phase to MVP.
The Challenge:
- Design a wellness program that is easily digestible and removes stereotypes.
- Putting together a team of trained wellness professionals to revise their mode of wellness transmission.
- Creating a platform that generated alternate revenue lines to sustain operations while a strong subscriber base was acquired.
The Approach:
- Built an audience through social media channels interested in the subject matter
- We advised on tailoring multiple surveys that tested key assumptions of this platform
- An elaborate product roadmap was designed to guide the process
- Delivery of strategy around how and when to approach trained personnel and end-users
- Designed a 6 step – 2 phase MVP tailored to get the client to testing phase in less than 4 weeks
The Outcome:
- Well mapped our MVP with clear outlines, deliverable, and assumptions to be tested
- Happy founder actively pursuing the launch of a ground-breaking wellness platform
