OVERVIEW
A local organization engaged Solv Advisors as the sole strategic advisor on gathering funding for commercial property acquisition.
The Challenge:
- Need for new office space to house new employees ad host events.
- Minimal cash on hand to facilitate the transaction.
The Approach:
- Devised an approach to raise Capital needed to cover the building’s down payment obligation by segmenting potential donors and investors into 2 subcategories.
- Each subcategory had a unique targeted approach for it.
The Outcome:
- Successfully purchased the commercial property.
