The Challenge:

A leading college-based organization was forced to take its annual conference online due to the pandemic. Given that it was something that was extremely new, they engaged our services to help troubleshoot. The organization was also not set up for an online conference, with no gear or technical know-how.

• Worked with organizations stakeholders to set up a management team tailored explicitly for conference. 
• Identified partners and outsourced technical components of the project to third party stakeholders.
• Project managed the entire process from beginning to end, ensuring that things were in order.

• Glitch free conference, hosting over 2,000 online participants with global representation
